The service
Hit The Road Dude AI is a photo-to-video tool inspired by the white-pickup private-property meme. It is intended for adult portraits and personal entertainment. It is independent of the people in the circulating clip, its uploaders, TikTok and YouTube. An AI remake does not show a real encounter or imply endorsement by the person whose likeness appears.
Creating an account, buying a pack or starting a video means you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Keep your account secure and use accurate account details. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has given you permission. Permission to use a photograph is not the same as permission to use someone else’s likeness. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or other public figures.
What you must not do
Do not upload or create content that is:
- illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative or abusive;
- sexual content involving anyone under 18;
- a harmful impersonation, a fraud, a threat or harassment;
- a violation of copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark or another right.
Do not bypass payment, access or safety controls. Do not present an AI video as real footage. We may refuse a task, remove content or suspend an account to deal with abuse, a rights complaint, a security problem or a legal duty.
Your photo and the video
You keep the rights you already have in your photo. Selecting a file creates a local preview; it does not grant permission for advertising. When you submit a photo for processing, you give us and the providers who process the task a limited licence to store, send and transform that photo so we can deliver, secure and support the service. Using the tool does not give us permission to publish your photo or video in advertising.
AI output can contain artifacts, mistakes or similarities to other results. We do not promise that a video is unique, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that you receive rights in someone else’s music, name, voice or likeness. The meme’s catchphrase and the availability of reference clips do not license their footage or original audio. Review the video and get any extra permission before you post it. Label it as AI-generated where a platform requires that.
Packs and payment
Video packs are one-time purchases. They do not start a subscription or a repeating charge. The price is the one shown on the pricing page at checkout. Each video you start uses one video from your pack. Unused videos stay on your account. They are not cash and you cannot transfer them.
If generation fails, that video is returned to your pack. A finished video is not refunded because you dislike the style or changed your mind, except where the law requires otherwise. Other payment problems are covered in the Refund Policy.
Delivery
A pack is delivered digitally. After the payment provider confirms payment, those videos are added to your account. A payment that is still pending is not complete. Do not pay again while its status is unclear.
Generation is not instant and depends on the AI provider. Finished videos appear in your account. There is no guaranteed clock time. A failed video is returned to your pack. Download videos you want to keep. We do not promise that files stay available forever, and a direct file link can be opened by anyone who has it.
Takedown requests
Contact [email protected] with the subject “Hit The Road Dude AI — Rights request”, the file URL or task ID, the right you believe is affected, your contact details and why you can make the report. A likeness or privacy report does not require you to own the copyright.
A copyright notice should include your signature, the work affected, where the material can be found, contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner. This is a reporting channel. It does not mean a designated DMCA agent is registered here.
We may remove or restrict content, ask for more information, or limit the account. Do not send a report you know is false. If something was removed by mistake, reply with the URL or task ID and evidence of your rights. An objection does not by itself restore the content.
Availability
The service is provided as available. These terms do not remove consumer rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Our liability for a paid pack, where a limit is allowed, is limited to the amount you paid for that pack.
