In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hit The Road Dude AI. The policy covers this website and the information used to provide its photo-to-video service. External example videos and links have their own publishers and privacy policies.
Choosing a portrait
Selecting a photo in the Hit The Road Dude AI photo area creates a local preview in your browser. Selection alone does not upload the photo or send it to an AI provider. You can replace or remove the selection; refreshing the page clears the selected photo.
If you submit a photo for video processing, the image and the information needed for that request may be sent to the service providers responsible for creating and delivering the video. Choosing a file and submitting it for processing are separate actions.
Information used by the service
Depending on the features you use, this may include your name, email and sign-in method; submitted photos and video requests; task status and finished files; purchases and video allowance; and support messages. Technical information can include your browser, device, IP address and signals used to secure accounts and prevent abuse.
If you make a purchase, the payment provider handles payment details. We use the order and transaction information needed to deliver the purchase and resolve payment issues. We do not store your full card number.
Why information is used
Hit The Road Dude AI uses information to provide the requested service, manage sign-in and purchases, process video requests, answer support or rights complaints and prevent misuse. A submitted portrait is used for the video request. We do not sell your personal information or publish your photo or video in marketing without separate permission.
Providers for hosting, storage, AI processing, payments and authentication receive the information needed for their role. Where enabled, analytics providers help measure website use. Providers may process information outside your country under their own terms. Their own privacy and data-use terms also describe how they handle information received for their role.
Portraits, videos and retention
Use your own photo or an adult's photo with permission for the AI remake. Do not submit photos of minors, celebrities or other public figures, or files containing confidential information. The cat and dog remixes displayed on Hit The Road Dude AI are external references and do not change these photo requirements.
Submitted files and related records may be retained as needed to process requests, deliver files, handle support, protect the service or meet recordkeeping requirements. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of hours. Download files you want to keep; permanent storage is not guaranteed. Treat any shareable file link as private, because someone with access to that link may be able to open the file.
Cookies and website preferences
Essential cookies support sign-in, preferences and account security. Where analytics are enabled, cookies or similar technologies may measure website use. Cookie controls are available in your browser and, where provided, on the website. Blocking essential cookies can affect sign-in and other features.
Privacy requests and contact
Hit The Road Dude AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the account or request, but do not send a password, card number or verification code. We may need to verify your identity. Records needed for payments, security or legal claims may be retained.
